Maxum Boats is no longer in business.

Previously a subsidiary of the Brunswick Boat Group, a division of the Brunswick Corporation, manufacturer of sport boats, sun cruisers and sport yachts.

Maxum began building boats in the early 1970s at plants in Pipestone, Minnesota and Salisbury, Maryland offering a wide range of boats for pleasure boating at a variety of levels. They offered sport boats for family outinga, sport cruisers for weekend excursions and sport yachts for luxury and extended time on the water.

They discontinued manufacturing Maxum boats in 2009.
