Offering boating and water sports in summer plus a wide range of fish species, Lake Poinsett is an 7,900-acre lake in the east-central part of the state, at Stone Bridge. Over 16 miles of sandy or rocky shoreline await anglers fishing for bass, catfish, crappie, walleye, sunfish, perch, salmon and northern pike.
