This picturesque lake is wrapped on the north and east by the town of Grand Lake, in north-central CO. A marina plus a couple boat launch ramps serve the boating public during Spring through early Fall. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of lodging, dining, shopping and services. Several area campgrounds are just minutes from the lake. Fishing enthusiasts can fish for trout and salmon, from the shore, from a boat or ice fishing in winter once the ice is safe.
