Two dozen boat launch ramps provide easy access to Fort Gibson Lake, also known as Fort Gibson Reservoir, for all types of boating and water sports. 225 miles of shoreline encircle this 20,000-acre lake, some of which includes the Fort Gibson Wildlife Management Area, Sequoyah State Park and other public use areas. Eight marinas, numerous campgrounds, restaurants, convenience stores and fishing tackle outlets are all available at the lake plus a wide variety of rental boats and watercraft. This desirable boating and fishing destination is located in the east-central part of the state, about 30 minutes east of Broken Arrow, OK. Bass, catfish, bream, white bass, paddlefish, hybrid stripers and plenty of crappie reside here.
